^ Probably from removing an animal from a bad situation unlawfully. (AKA stealing it) I hate seeing animals suffer needlessly because of heartless people.

^ It's hard to rank such things as "best". But the most recent one was when the daughter of a deceased client sent me a card, to thank me for taking such good care of her father. And to let me know just how much I had made a difference in his last year on Earth. It really touched me deeply, as do all other such feedbacks.
