I would like to adapt this template, remove con plus, half dex and STR To balance this class to remove the LA. On top of that could I adjust this to be a Four Arm Fauntaur/Centaur? I do not now how to add the extra arms on the weapon uses. Also I have no issues removing the Feat bonus to balance this class out more so.

Here is the final draft:

to make the character playable just have it add +1 to str. +1 to con. and +1 on dex. and -1 on int. and -1 on wis. and +0 on cha. and +4 (automatic sneak) where as it only gets a surprise attack unless it becomes a rogue then it gets a surprise and a sneak attack ((since bugbears are more fierce fighters with stealth they can't be a good magic user tho can work their way with a bow/crossbow and great weapon or weapon and shield like your basic fighter this would allow players to have a stealthy/meat shield)) this way you can hopefully build a good fighter whom won't die after a few punches or stabbings (if your lucky with your dice throws) so where they lack in magic they basically make up for it with str. and hp. and dex. these creatures are not unplayable and could make things interesting because where you have the orc its strong but its not good in other things like sneaking and sneaking could either save players time and allot of hp loss. now the downfall of it is is its normal for this creature to be either neutral or evil (very rarely will you see a good bugbear) and the downfall of it is npc's will not trust you easily and are more likely to run/hide when they see a bugbear tho if you do allot of good deeds in a city then the bugbear can slowly gain there trust tho will never be 100% trusted no matter if it saves a village from the claws of a dragon tho it could make a good back story as well where a bugbear could roam the world trying to show that not all bugbears are the same and could try to make people to trust them a little bit more and help to let others not judge on appearances alone but look at the deeds they do and you could also say from no they can't use magic and just say they can either be things such as fighters,rogues,rangers,paladins,priest,monks,priest and or barbarians and nothing else (since who would ever choose a weak minded bugbear to use magic anyway and say that they can only use magic if they become a priest or paladin) this way it might be a tricky path to use almost nothing but the bugbears brawn and stealth rather then to let it use magic ( if players decide on being a priest/paladin) this way you will never have a over powered character tho more a stealthy meat-shield that try's o protect its party.

+6 Strength, +2 Constitution, -2 Dex, -2 Int, -2 Wisdom - Not the wisest creatures, but immensely powerful.
Medium
Base Landspeed of 40 feet
Darkvision 60 feet, Can distinguish color.
Natural Armor +3 Their skin is immensely tough, only the sharpest arrows can pierce their hide.
Brute Force: Ogres use their Strength modifier for intimidation checks, Instead of Charisma.
Automatic languages: Common, Giant, And Orcish. Bonus languages: Undercommon, Draconic, Gnoll, Goblin
Favored Class: Fighter

this looks good (tho they also have reach so they can hit an enemy 10 ft. away from them (instead of the average humanoid length character of 5 ft.) tho most of the time they end up being attacked by ranged weapons or magic and then the natural armor bonus can be marked out since the player(s) mostly forget about that anyway this way they have to end up getting better armor like the rest otherwise you might have a bugbear with +... AC which would be game breaking unless you where ambushed by a mob of mages or what ever and the hide checks can be scrapped as well).

I would like to request the following Race with some slight changes up to the dm to put it more inline with other races I would recommend removing some of the negatives or starting with a worg.

Goblins are the weakest and smallest of the Goblinoid races, and that means that in society in general they get a really crap deal. But that's not really important for a Player Character, because player characters get access to classes like Rogue, Knight, and Wizard for whom being small is not a huge problem. Indeed, Goblins have a number of saving graces that in the wild barely keep them alive that when used by a player character can make them very effective. Naturally adept at stealth, Goblins are virtually made to be a Rogue or Wizard, and indeed most Goblins who have class levels are one or the other.
But the Goblins are also extremely gifted mounted combatants. And why is that? Because they are the smallest and weakest of the Goblinoids, the Worgs long ago enslaved the Goblin people. That's right, the Worgs came in and imposed their dominion upon Goblins, not the other way around. But time does funny things… Worgs are pretty stupid, and they don't have thumbs. So while they are individually powerful, eventually they were forced to have the Goblins do all the important stuff – like keep records and make decisions.
So now, the Worgs have gone many generations doing pretty much whatever it is that their "servants" tell them to do. Which means that really the Goblins are totally in control. And because of this, Goblin children are practically born into the saddle. Those rich enough to afford a wolf to ride (like well, player characters) can be devastatingly effective lancers.

I was actually going to recommend the goblin race one of these days to complete the holy triumvirate of monsters. Here are a couple points i'd like to add:

Goblins are alot quicker than most people expect, so i'd personally bump the dex increase to +4, This puts their stat gain in line with their stat loss. A quick thing to take into account with the +4 dexterity is with the "small" size, playing a goblin, you're technically getting a +3 AC bonus (This isn't natural armor though, so don't get caught flatfooted)

I would also add Orcish Affinity, Fusing it with the warg bonus, Coming out like "All charisma based checks with Goblinoid Races and Wargs gain a +4 to their roll."

Raptorans are a race of avians created by the shapers of Myralis to serve in the crop ring. The main feature that set them apart from the rest of the common races is the large, feathery wings that sprout from their backs and their talon-like feet. The raptorans are sexually dimorphic, a trait engineered by the shapers. Males are larger than the females, with more colorful plumage and powerful, ripping talons. They serve the crop ring as guardians and warriors. The females, in contrast, are smaller, with more dexterous talons and dull brown plumage. They are the labor, gathering the crops, separating them, and maintaining the balance of the crop circle.

Racial Traits

• +4 Dexterity, +2 Wisdom, -2 Constitution
• Raptoran base land speed is 30 feet.
• Medium-size
• Wing-Aided Movement: Raptorans can use their wings to help with movement even if they can’t fly yet. The extra lift from her wings gives a raptoran a +10 racial bonus on Jump checks.
• Gliding (Ex): A raptoran can use their wings to glide, negating damage from a fall of any height and allowing 20 feet of forward travel for every 5 feet of descent. Raptorans glide at a speed of 40 feet (average maneuverability). Even if a raptoran’s maneuverability improves, they can’t hover while gliding. A raptoran can’t glide while carrying a medium or heavy load.
If a raptoran becomes unconscious or helpless while in midair, their wings naturally unfurl and powerful ligaments stiffen the wings. The raptoran descends in a tight corkscrew and takes only 1d6 points of falling damage, no matter what the actual distance of the fall.
• Flight (Ex): When a raptoran reaches 5 Hit Dice, they becomes able to fly at a speed of 40 feet (average maneuverability). A raptoran can’t fly while carrying a medium or heavy load or while fatigued or exhausted.
Raptorans can safely fly for a number of rounds equal to their Constitution modifier (minimum 1 round). They can exert themselves to fly for up to twice as long, but then they’re fatigued at the end of the flight. Raptorans are likewise fatigued after spending a total of more than 10 minutes per day flying. Because raptorans can glide before, after, and between rounds of actual flight, they can remain aloft for extended periods (even if they can only use flight for 1 round at a time without becoming fatigued). When they reach 10 Hit Dice, raptorans have enough stamina and prowess to fly for longer periods. They can fly at a speed of 40 feet (average maneuverability), and flying requires no more exertion than walking or running. A raptoran with flight can make a dive attack. A dive attack works like a charge, but the raptoran must move a minimum of 30 feet and descend at least 10 feet. A raptor an can make a dive attack only when wielding a piercing weapon; if the attack hits, it deals double damage. A raptoran with flight can use the run action while flying, provided she flies in a straight line.
