@Miss Heny -->> Request Approved! -- Half-drow I can allow, but the albino drow I don't see any point to since there's no special stats for being one. You could just say you're albino when either being a half-drow or drow.

Your character is weaker towards Water and ice based damage, but in return is stronger towards fire and physical damage. Poison, HP potions, Mana potions, and Medicine has no affect on them.
Healing Methods
Your character can no longer heal through it's normal methods of healing.
Only Dwarves and engineers can repair damage, or usage of gears or scrap.
Mana Restoration Methods?
Instead of mana your character uses fuel. Consumption of wood, coal and fuel are your new mana regeneration methods, run out of fuel, and your character dies.
Abilities?
Your character can destroy items and create scrap. Also specialize in mining or scavenging.
Your character can make gears to replace parts. But however your character emits a heat doing small damage to non-cog based allies and enemies. Your character can only equip to cog based armor.
Weaknesses
Anything relating to water reduces fuel equal to the amount of damage.
Moist surfaces stick to your character slowing it down by 50%.
Consuming food drains fuel equal to the amount of HP it restores to regular characters.

Coggers are humanoids that work differently to the biological based humanoids, they're faster in many areas, but slow in snow and swamps. They can't go near liquid surfaces, or get caught in rain.Extra brief
Their gears give them away so it's harder for them to be sneaky than most races.
Material and armor doesn't reduce their magic casting abilities.
- -6 Dexterity, +2 Hitpoints bonus per lvl starting at 0, +6 Intelligence +2 strength
- Cog-based Humanoid (Fire)
- Anything under +8 armor bonus are small feet speed, as medium coggers have no special bonuses or penalties due to their size, +22 armor bonus is large.
- Consumptions: Can only consume burning materials such as wood, coal, and flammable liquids.
- Coggers base land speed is 40 feet if small 30 if medium 20 if large.
- -10 feet penalty on damp areas, armor reduces this penalty equal to it's armor bonus
- Unique feats: Furnace - Armor doesn't cause reductions
- Skill Penalties: -4 pick pocket because your gears give you away, -4 swim because water can get into your furnace, -4 hide due to the clattering sound of gears, -4 Sense motive
- Racial Feats: A congers gains feats according to its armor boosts.
- Natural armor: +2
- Fire resistance +5
- Water resistance -5
- Automatic Language: Common. Bonus Languages: dwarven, gnome. See the Speak Language skill.
